While we’re waiting for a permanent fix, please give our Customer Care Team a call to add your account to the list of affected users. This way, we can take a closer look and investigate more on why you're having trouble connecting with those banks.

Thank You for your reply - I am losing patience with this. There are, from what I can tell, 100's of dollars missing out of my account. I have vendors to pay. I contacted that same number weeks ago and was told there was nothing wrong with my account, yet there are still pending holds that are already paid. I need a detailed view ASAP and a full audit of my QB Cash Account. GreenDot.com does not recognize my QB Debit card number at all so they can not help me with anything.

I would also like to ensure that I have counted my funds down to the last cent. That said, I'll point you to the right direction so you'll be able to get your funds and have the balances updated as soon as possible.

Hi JamesPaul
The link to direct chat got me no where fast. She had no clue what I was talking about and pushed me off to QB Online Support, nor could she (Chariza) direct me to where I can see a detailed view of transactions and balances after said transactions
