I need to connect my online QB with hike point of sales. The tax mapping area not connect & qb set up tax not working

The information we have for this third-party app is the one available on the QuickBooks Apps page. As for the integration and mapping, I would recommend contacting their Support team.

I have contact with hike team and they said mapping of hike every area is correct and therefore problem only at 

the place of tax setup not working. So if you can  check the issue  i will give you user id at qb
